I'm not really sure what the word "ringlender" means. It's definitely not a common tune name.
My best guess is that it is a amalgation of the two common Norwegian dance forms reinlender and ringdans. Whether it's done accidentaly or on purpose, I don't know.
Technically the tune is more or less a reinlender, although I wouldn't dance to it. It seems to be specially made for throwing the dancers off the beat ;-)
Gudbrandsdalen is a valley in the middle of southern Norway.
